SalarySLP is a global manufacturer of diagnostic sleep sensors used by sleep labs worldwide. Our US office handles sales, distribution and marketing for our line of diagnostic sensors in the US & Canada. We are looking to add a Part Time Shipping Associate to our team.
The Shipping Associate is responsible for:
- Acknowledgement and processing of orders from various customers
- Pick/Pack/Ship orders via UPS & FedEx (small pack)
- Provide exceptional customer service which includes; order acknowledgement, taking orders, entering orders in the system, processing the orders, answering phones, sending confirmations and various other customer service duties
- Assisting in receiving and organization/restocking of products
- Maintaining FIFO Inventory Management
- Assisting with processing of RMAs
- General administrative and operational support
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills and responsiveness
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning our ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Lifting required up to 50lbs
Compensation: Hourly wage
Include information about your availability. Part Time Assistance needed during the hours of 8:30-4pm, Monday-Thursday and can be flexible on schedule within those times.
