Role Overview: As an Investment Operations Associate, you will report directly to the CEO/CIO and become a cornerstone of our firm’s operations. This position offers the unique chance to be part of Intertide’s founding team, directly contributing to the creation and evolution of a premier Wealth Management company. Your role will encapsulate leading administration, accounting, and client reporting functions, crucial for both our esteemed clients and our internal operations.

Your role will integrate and streamline the list of responsibilities mentioned below, focusing on reporting, administration, document management, tax compliance, accounting systems, cash management, and financial reporting. By embodying a comprehensive approach, you will ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Your Mission:

• Financial Leadership: Spearhead the creation of quarterly financial statements and client performance reports, providing transparency and insight.

• Technological Fluency: Gain mastery over financial reporting software, ensuring Intertide leverages cutting-edge technology for Wealth Management.

• Strategic Initiatives: Engage in client-centric projects, including cash flow planning, tax projections, investment strategy, and more, directly influencing their financial success.

• Relationship Management: Act as a pivotal liaison between Intertide and external partners, such as CPAs and attorneys, ensuring seamless collaboration.

• Operational Support: Assist the CEO/CIO in managing Intertide’s finance and compliance frameworks, contributing to our firm’s integrity and operational excellence.

• Investment Process Management: Oversee and streamline processes for capital calls, distributions, and the seamless execution of transactions, enhancing our Investment Operations.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, CPA required. A master’s in accounting, an MBA, or JD is a plus.

• Deep knowledge of accounting systems and strong computer skills.

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and investment reporting within public accounting, wealth, or investment management.

• Proficiency in Addepar and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and collaborative spirit.

• Commitment to excellence, team-oriented, client service-focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for continuous learning.
