Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team for Street Markets and pop-ups in LA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, representing the Gabriela Ceballos NY brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our products, effectively communicating the brand's unique selling points.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing products as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of Street Markets and pop-ups.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and industry news to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
- Uphold the company's visual merchandising standards and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
