SUMMARY
Intercepts and routes incoming calls. Greets and provides basic information to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet customers quickly in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
- Understand and operate our multi-line phone system to transfer calls and use paging system.
- Facilitate message options to callers when intended associates are not available for a phone call.
- Develops knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquiries.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrives to work on time.
- Maintains professional appearance and keeps a great attitude.
- Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed.
- Interacts effectively with co-workers.
- Assist the sales department with clerical duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
