Part-Time Receptionist (Evenings And Weekends)

The Inn at Bear Trail Assisted Living is currently recruiting a part time receptionist.

• Sunday 10a-6p

This key position is often the initial contact and first impression that many people have of our community. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages, assisting in monitoring our emergency call response times, and assisting visitors with non-medical information. Other responsibilities include assisting department managers with any other assigned general administrative duties as well as monitoring the lobby area for refreshments, cleanliness, music and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Lewis Center, OH 43035: Relocate before starting work (Required)
