Part-Time Receptionist

We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist.

Position Description:

Answering phone calls, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and cancelling patient appointments, collecting account copays and outstanding account balances, and filing/scanning/copying documents and/or forms.

Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize, Computer Systems, Grammar/Spelling, Organizational and Verbal Communication skills required, Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.

Experience:

• Medical Terminology: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
