SalaryWe are seeking a stable part-time Property Manager to oversee our rental properties in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will have some background/interest in property management and maintenance, with excellent English communication skills. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service to residents and maintaining the integrity of properties, we want to hear from you.
Your duties will be to search for tenants, show the property to prospective tenants, screen tenants, and guide them through the move in process. Every tenant that signs a year-long lease, you will receive 1 month's rent in compensation. You will also be responsible for mediating any tenant disputes and receiving maintenance issue reports.
You could expect to make $500 to over $2000 per month. Weekly time commitment is expected to be less than 4 hours, about half of which can be done remotely.
