Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls and scanning documents
- Assist with follow-up tasks
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including receiving and directing incoming calls
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of office management procedures
