Role Description and Purpose
We have an excellent opportunity for a part time Office Assistant to work 20 hours a week in our New York office. This individual will provide a broad range of support to facilitate the daily operation of the New York office and serve a as backup to the full time Office Assistant. Physical presence in the BNPP AM office is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintain good communication with visitors and staff.
- Help maintain the appearance of the conference rooms, kitchen, supply room, and other general office areas.
- Accept deliveries and mail utilizing the office mail system and ensure delivery to recipients in a timely manner. Manage outgoing mail and packages for pickup. Process and organize Iron Mountain requests.
- Restock inventory in supply and kitchen areas.
- Maintain organized kitchen and supply room.
- Prepare conference rooms for internal and external catered events. Upon conclusion of meetings, ensure conference rooms are left neat and organized. Remove any unused food and deliver to kitchen area.
- Serve as backup to the full time Office Assistant.

The expected starting salary range for this position in New York City is between $28,000 to $32,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
