Part-time Customer Service Representative with rotating Night/Weekend on call dispatching

We are looking for a part-time person to work a schedule of rotating Night and Weekend on call dispatching. Great opportunity to work a limited schedule in the office and also working from home. This job pays an hourly rate for the time spent training and for the Saturday shift and a flat rate pay for the evenings, weekends and Holidays. Key Responsibilities

· Create a positive experience for customers calling to inquire about services and schedule an appointment with our professional team of pumpers, plumbers and drain techs. Build value, show empathy, listen, and schedule the customer with efficiency and trust.

· Schedule and dispatch a team of technicians and be available to answer questions and concerns of the technicians regarding pricing and scheduling.

· Be available to work from home every other week, answering inbound calls from customers from 6pm to 7 am and every other weekend Friday 6pm to 7am Monday. During the on-call period, this CSR/Dispatcher will work in the office from 8am to noon on Saturday.

· Work in cooperation with other departments in the company.

· Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time.

Job Requirements

· Call center, customer support, or CSR experience is helpful but not required.

· Organized self-starter with a positive attitude.

· Ability to answer calls through the night, professionally and efficiently.

· Possess a strong sense of professionalism.

· Hard-working team player, dedicated to exceptional customer service.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to work independently, including the ability to read, understand and complete scopes of work with limited supervision.

· Be able to train in the office during office hours for at least 2 weeks and be willing to occasionally work extra to cover for employees taking time off.

· Be available to work from home as an on call dispatcher on a rotating basis.

· Provide excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
