Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Drive sales performance by setting targets and motivating the team
- Will get trained and certifed to pierce ears
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
