Hourly Compensation: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 4 hours a day - Hours are Flexible - Office Open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Mail and Equipment Associate will processing incoming mail and maintain the printers throughout the office.
- Mail - Pick-up and deliver Mail and parcels to customers
- Printers - Refill paper, change consumable supplies (toner, drum units, etc.)
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Ideal candidates have relevant experience in customer service, have an understanding of mail operations, are willing to train and are self-starters.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 40 pounds
