The main responsibility of a Customer Service representative is to deliver efficient service to both internal and external customers. This involves having a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and programs and effectively communicating with other team members in the Customer Service department. Moreover, they also assist the Accounts Receivable Team in their tasks, acting as an extension of their efforts.
Essential Functions

- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Manage scheduled deliveries for the BevCarb Department; proactively work with customers on past-due accounts to ensure they are in good standing before delivery.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed Customer Service expectations.
- Assist with industrial, lab, and specialty gas customers, including BevCarb and Propane.
- Respond to intern/external customer’s emails within an hour
- Partner with Warehouse to coordinate Will-Call orders
- Partner with Dispatch to coordinate deliveries
- Follows all safety policies and procedures, including using safety equipment (PPE) and equipment safeguards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of Customer Service in an order desk capacity
- 1+ years of accounting policies and practices, including collections
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multitask, and manage time: strong Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills.
- Display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
- Commitment to excellence in Customer Service.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and range from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
