Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, passionate, and service-oriented Wedding Sales Associate to join our wedding event team! As a Wedding Sales Associate, you will build relationships with couples by understanding their vision, needs, and budget constraints. Responsibilities will include lead generation, attentive lead management, sales consultations, and follow up. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge in the wedding or event industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead Management and use of automations and funnel systems
- Being available for consultation calls with potential clients and taking those calls
- Assist clients in selecting the perfect wedding package based on their preferences and budget
- Actively listen to clients' needs and offer creative solutions to make their wedding day extraordinary
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Participate in sales training programs and constantly strive to improve your skills
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and payments
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
- Attend industry events and bridal shows to network and generate leads
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help clients with their selections
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, College Degree and/or past sales experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and using Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules
