Part-Time Learning & Development Specialist

Some of the essential duties and responsibilities of the Part-Time Learning & Development Specialist are outlined below:

• Plan, organize, and direct training and development for target audiences
• Demonstrate the internet-based tools and systems to end-user groups to fulfill their specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
• Become a 'super-user' of tools and systems used within various roles of the organization; participate in trainings for new systems and learn how they apply to target audiences so training of these new system can be developed and facilitated
• Create, update, and maintain training content and materials associated with Affiliated's various tools and systems
• Host individual webinars with end-users groups as requested
• Minimal travel within Michigan, Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and Minnesota
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm EST; additional hours may be necessary to support operational needs.
