We are currently looking for a/an Validation Specialist.
Job Summary: The PPAP – Validation Specialist will work with customers (internal and external) to develop documentation for products produced by Safari Circuits.

Responsibilities Include:
- Generate PPAP documentation for new programs, transfers, or engineering changes as required, including submittal of customer PPAP’s and maintaining the PPAP samples.
- Develop and write Validation Documents: Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, User Requirements, Functional Requirements, IQ- OQ- PQ, Validation Summary Report.
- Develop Control Plans, PFMEA’s, and Process Flow Charts.
- Identify key process and quality characteristics and monitoring methods.
- Plan and perform MSA’s and Gage R & R’s.
- Plan and perform process capability studies.
- Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOE’s).
- Monitor and measure process changes and analyze the effects.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of electronic manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board assemblies and industry standards.
- ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 experience.
- Must have a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
