Part Time Evening Concierge

Sierra Regency, an independent living community in Roseville, CA is looking for a congenial, professional, hard-working, and reliable individual to fill our available Part Time/On call Evening Concierge Position.

Schedule - 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Thursdays & Fridays and other days as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Concierge performs those tasks needed to organize the front office; greeting people, answering phones, giving appropriate information and assisting the other Department Heads with community needs. The concierge will handle tours when needed, under guidelines previously expressed by the Marketing and Executive Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer the telephone in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner. (Be able to transfer and place people on-hold).
• Complete light janitorial duties as instructed and assigned by supervisor (vacuuming, mopping, trash disposal, etc.)
• Take messages.
• Directing information to correct sources.
• Respond to resident questions and inquiries
• Operate copy machine.
• Insure all appropriate issues, emergencies, observation and concerns are logged. Make sure your immediate Supervisor and Executive Director are contacted when needed.
• Separate, call and record daily mail, packages and prescriptions. Distribute to appropriate residents and /or departments.
• Record, update and change any new or existing Resident Transportation appointments in the Transportation binder.
• Answering questions about community inquiries and provide callers with address, directions, and other information requested.
• Carry out other duties as assigned
