Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Our Dental Receptionist will be an integral part of our team and must be comfortable interacting with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
• Verify patient insurance information.
• Enter patient information into the computer system.
• Collect payments from patients and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
