SalaryResponsibilities:-Proficient using the dental software system Eaglesoft
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of dental information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Proficient with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Experience:-Proficient in Eaglesoft dental software
- Previous experience working in a dental office a must!
- Knowledge of dental procedures and dental terminology
- Proficient in using phone systems such as Revenue Well or Weave
- Outgoing personality whom is willing to "play well with others"
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
