The Data Analyst’s responsibilities include creating, analyzing and submitting reports required to governmental entities, foundations, corporations, and community/social/faith-based organizations. The Data Analyst will be required to have the ability to collect, manipulate, interpret, analyze, and present data received from both internal and external sources.
Minimum Qualifications

- Experience: 2 years of related work preferred
- Additional skills required: Knowledge of medical terminology, Electronic Health Record System (Athena Health). Moderate to Advance Excel skills. Experience in healthcare.
- Additional skills preferred: team player and ability to be flexible, self-motivated with a high degree of initiative. Experience working in deadline-driven, goal-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ability to collect, manipulate, interpret, and analyze complex data using universally accepted statistical techniques and standards to include assisting with data cleansing and conducting data quality checks.
2. Ability to disseminate significant amounts of complex information accurately and in formats/styles intelligible to that receiving audience.
- Compiling statistical data for outcome measures in grant and contract proposals and reports.
4. Develop and manage QI/COVID grants and contracts calendar, and ensure submission and reporting deadlines are met, to include all UDS (Uniform Data System) reporting, regular QI monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
5. Superuser for the i2i – Population Management system to include insuring the completion of goals and initiatives, developing and updating dashboards and reports.

- Perform ongoing quality assurance improvements using data management and reporting within multiple systems.

11. Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive proposals.
- Knowledge in process re-design and change management.
- Develops standards (internal) surveys, matrices, and dashboards that accelerate management access to data reporting.
- Ability to work within a complex, fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
- Knowledge of the importance of maintaining Protected Health Information (PHI) records; able to maintain confidentiality under current HIPAA laws and regulations.
- Performs data analysis, Ad Hoc and custom reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of all information.
- Participation/involvement in Quality Improvement activities.
- Assist in annual audits as needed
