A Bay City Logistics Company is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! Interested applicants MUST complete pre-employment computer based testing in order to be considered for this role. This testing is sent from Spherion, and expires after a week from receipt. Failure to complete testing will result in disqualification from consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and e-mail
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Skills:
- 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment, or general office environment with multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must submit to a background check as part of employment conditions.
