One of our advisors is looking for a part-time Customer Service Manager who will call clients from his book to schedule appointments, follow up with referrals, and answer incoming calls. The right individual will be adept at the Microsoft Office suite, possess strong phone skills, and be familiar with using Zoom for meetings. Paying attention to details and maintaining accuracy while multitasking is critical. Background and knowledge of financial services is a plus but not required.
Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Calling clients to schedule meetings to review their finances
- Answering incoming client calls
- Maintaining an organized calendar and schedule for a financial advisor
- Following up with clients after meetings and sending requested information
- Setting up in-person and virtual meetings
