Seeking a Part-Time Creative Design Assistant to assist with marketing and branding of various projects for both Schneider Engineering, LLC (SE) and Clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SE Social Media Marketing
- Develop graphics according to SE social media calendar using Adobe Software and other online programs such as Canva.
- Post graphics/videos and relevant content to social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram according to SE social media calendar.
- Recognize social media and design trends, and create new materials based off those trends.
E-Mail Campaigns
- Take lead on preparing monthly internal newsletter, the Buzz, including project write-ups, graphics, coordinating internally for content, etc.
- Assist with preparing quarterly Client newsletter.
Internal Graphics
- Develop and post graphics for office digital displays.
- Develop and post graphics to Microsoft Teams for upcoming events. Coordinate with Human Resources (HR) for a seamless HR and Marketing integration.
External Graphics (MuniPower Campaign)
- Produce and/or copy graphics and videos in a variety of formats in Canva to Clients' shared folders through MuniPower campaign, a communications program designed for SE's Municipally-Owned Clients.
- Copy social media captions to Microsoft Excel file in Clients' shared folders as part of Campaign.
- Communicate with Clients on necessary changes they would like made to graphics and/or captions as part of Campaign.
Conference Registrations
- Register employees for events/conferences/golf tournaments and track.
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements.
- Assist with coordinating/planning Client dinners as necessary.
As Needed
- Assist with maintaining SE website in WordPress including updating with graphics/multimedia and posting and removing open employment positions.
- Review and updated presentations and documents presented to Clients to ensure they meet SE standards for formatting, including reviewing and updating for employees prior to submittal/presentation.
- Assist with maintaining SE brochures.
REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma
SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Creative design background
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
