Who you are:

You’re deadline-driven, detail-oriented, creative, and client-focused. You thrive on a team and your energy is contagious. Your experience includes graphic design in various print AND web platforms. Most importantly you must be Humble, Hungry, and Diligent!

What you’ll do:

• Design multi-page websites/layouts, landing pages, banner ads, and other web-based graphics
• Collaborate to develop an effective User Interface
• Develop multiple elements to support company/client brand and brand strategy

Must-haves:

• Artistry skills and understanding of design fundamentals
• Sketch, FIGMA
• Adobe Creative Suite for both print and digital
• Structure and editing of HTML and CSS

A working understanding of:

• The web design process and how it ties to the back-end/functionality of a website
• Basic HTML and CSS code editing
• Responsive/mobile design

Helpful but not required:

• Familiar with Drupal and WordPress
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, copy-editing, and proofreading skills
• Other Adobe Creative Suite applications, XD
• BA or AA in graphic design or related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
