Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers in a timely manner
- Keep the customers up to date on the status of their vehicle
- Process payments when service is complete
- Answer dealership phones/direct customers to the correct department
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Other duties as assigned
