Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software, finance, journal entries (accounting), and other related duties. This is a hybrid role, with the position being located in Katy, TX but allowing for some work from home. Applicants must be able to work in the Katy office at least 1 day per week. All other applicants will be rejected.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in financial statements, bookkeeping, and Quickbooks online
• Knowledge of finance and ability to perform journal entries (accounting)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficiency in Quickbooks online platform is required
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in person in the Katy office a min of 1 day per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
