Bookkeeper

We are actively seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team at James Dawson Design. As a crucial member of our small, family-owned business, you will oversee our bookkeeping and accounting processes. We are currently transitioning from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online and require assistance with this migration. We offer flexible working hours and are willing to accommodate the schedule of the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

· Collect primary financial data for accurate accounting records

· Aid in the migration process from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

· Ensure the precision of business transactions

· Perform essential data entry and administrative tasks for the office

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields

· Proficient in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

· Solid understanding of GAAP principles

· Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively

· Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail

· Deadline-driven and committed to maintaining accuracy
