Part Time Baker

```Duties```
- Arrive on time and work in tandem with epic team Tuesday - Thursday 10:30-4:30pm and occasional Saturday from 7-11am
- Prepare and bake a variety of gluten-free, allergen-free bakery items, including breads, sourdough, bagels, english muffins, pastries, cakes, muffins.
- Prep ingredients with care and attention to detail
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, including mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.
- Familiarity with bread baking techniques and tools
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough dividers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Hours:
Mid-morning weekday shifts (10:30am-4:30/5pm), occasional Saturday (7am-11am) with availability for more hours if flexible
- Sundays off, every other Saturday off
