Experienced Baker

CHOCOPAIN (www.chocopainbakery.com), a successful French Bakery & Cafe (winner of NYC Best Baguette in 2016 and Best Croissant in 2018) established in 2012 with 4 location in Hoboken and Jersey City.

We are looking for an Experience Bread Baker to prepare different types of bread such as baguettes, sourdough, etc.

Baker responsibilities include mixing dough, shaping bread and preparing ingredients.

Skills

• At least 1 year experience as a professional bread baker working in high volume bakery
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers
• Understanding of food safety practice
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in early morning shifts such as 7am , weekend and holiday
• Negotiable rate of pay in accordance with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
