We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, hardworking bread baker and Pastry cook to join our small and growing family run bakery. Looking for someone with a minimal one year hands in the dough experience at a professional kitchen. Experience with viennoseries, and a love of the art, science and magic of bread baking a plus.
We serve sourdough Bread and Pastry items to local Farmers Markets. We are extremely passionate about what we do, and would like our team members to work with the same care, dedication and even geeky obsession.
The position involves, all parts of production, from prep, to mixing, shaping, proofing and baking. You will be working alongside the head baker, and will have the opportunity to learn all. Looking for capable, responsible and reliable individuals with attention to detail. Also, good communication and openness to learning and developing your craft necessary. Willing to work baker’s hours, including weekends.
