The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to work closely with the executive team, ensuring that administrative tasks are efficiently handled.
The selected candidate will work Monday-Friday, 10am-4:30pm. No weekends or holidays.
Starting pay is $20/hr.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing and account inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and orderly office space
- Overseeing inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Managing facilities including maintenance requests and scheduling repairs
- Greeting office visitors and handling package deliveries
- Administrative support of other operational units
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of clerical and executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and cloud based CMR systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically, effectively analyze information and form sound judgements
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic team based environment
- Excellent time management and organization skills
**Being bilingual is a plus but is not required.**
