Position: Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections Focus)

Location: Anywhere with a good Wi-Fi signal! (Remote) Must be located in the Philadelphia area (PA, NJ or DE)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with our clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and build strong relationships.

• Use your charm and persuasion skills to follow up on outstanding accounts and get those dollars flowing in!

• Work your magic to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with finesse.

• Keep things organized and on track by maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

• Assist with other operations tasks such as order processing and accounting support

• Have fun while getting the job done, because at Respage, we believe work should be

rewarding and enjoyable!

Qualifications:

- A love for talking and connecting with people - if you're a people person, we want you on our team!

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or collections is a requirement, and if you've got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest!

- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients - you've got that special something that makes people want to pay their bills on time!

- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate basic software and spreadsheets - bonus points if you're a wizard with Quickbooks!

Schedule:

- Part-time, remote position - work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere with a stable internet connection!

• 5 hours a day, 5 days a week

Perks:

A $90.00 stipend per month for phone and internet.

Salary:

$20.00 per hour
