Part Time Accounting Data Entry

A popular convenience store chain based out of Napa, CA is seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy individual to provide Part-Time Accounting Data Entry. This role involves accurately inputting inventory data for various goods, fuel, snacks, and merchandise received by the company into an in-house software system. You will also input pricing information and quantities. This is a great, part-time entry-level role for someone in school, or who wants to advance into other roles within the company!
This is a fully onsite role not remote or hybrid.
Pay Range: $22/hr

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input inventory data into the SSCS software system
• Enter fuel quantities and pricing information
• Input pricing and quantities for merchandise items such as chips, beer, wine, etc
• Close out daily entries
• Ensure all inventory is accurately accounted for

Requirements:

• Computer-savvy with a keen attention to detail
• 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
