Employment Selection Process The employment selection process for Parent Resource Assistant

you submit your application, and you must submit the completed form to

remain in the process. Additionally, candidates must also pass the

Spanish-Bilingual Language Assessment administered by the District.

TESTING PROCESS:

Many of our entry-level classifications use the same test(s) to assess

clerical skills. Therefore, if you apply for any other entry-level clerical

classifications, any valid scores will be certified and applied to other

classifications that you applied for as well.

If you have applied and recently tested for Parent Resource Assistant

Candidates who receive a failing score on any test module will NOT be

scores for this assessment that are less than a year old, at the time of

final scoring, those scores are valid as well and could be applied as your

and will be used to rank order candidates on the resulting eligibility list.

Therefore, when completing the questionnaire, please make sure you

provide detailed responses to all the questions/statements.

If you are successful on the clerical skills assessments and meet the

minimum education and experience requirement, you will be invited to

the Spanish-Bilingual Language Assessment administered by the

District. If you are successful on all the assessments, you will be added

to the eligibility list provided you submit the High School diploma when

requested during the recruitment process.
