As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Food and Beverage services, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all Food and Beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Train and mentor staff members on proper food handling techniques and customer service skills
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable pricing
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in F&B service management

Skills:
- Proven experience management, with a strong background in hospitality
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and nutrition guidelines
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
