We are looking for an experienced attorney and/or Legal Assistant that has multiple years experience in filing PERM applications with DOL and EB Petitions with USCIS. Any person with ample experience in the Permanent Labor Certification filing process with DOL and subsequent steps taken with USCIS in filing Petitions for Employment Based statuses, is welcome to apply. Pay offered will vary broadly, as it will be based upon experience level.
