We are currently seeking a paralegal OR administrative professional to join our growing team and provide support to the Enrolled Agents of our Law Firm. This position will provide support to multiple professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive customer administrative support
- Track movement of client files as the case moves through project areas.
- Calendar case deadlines, project deadlines and meetings
- Create, proofread, and edit documents, government forms, clint source documents
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients
- Maintain organization of electronic files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Paralegal Certificate OR minimum 2 years legal or administrative experience - Efficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Prior experience in TAX a plus.
- Customer service skills, client service oriented (both internal and external)
- Flexible with overtime to meet deadlines
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
- Excellent skills in English grammar, spelling, and syntax
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to prioritize multiple projects at various stages
- Strong teaming skills
