Paralegal/Case Manager

Our firm is searching for a full-time pre-litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to join our Vero Beach Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Extensive client contact.
• Must have experience in writing and preparing demands.
• Ability to communicate in a timely, effective and respectful manner with medical offices, insurance companies and clients.
• Prepare various types of correspondence and other documents.
• Must be able to work independently as well as under supervision, have excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to handle a large case load in a timely manner.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive computer and case management software experience.
• High School Diploma or other relevant certification.
• Prior experience is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
