We are looking for a full-time summer intern for our Marketing & Development Department. The ideal candidate is someone who is still an active college student and looking for a quality career experience in the Construction industry. This is a paid internship, including:

The qualified candidate can expect to perform the following:
- Gain knowledge about the construction delivery methods, operating procedures, and client requirements as they relate to ongoing projects for both local and federal clients.
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
- Work directly with project managers, proposal managers, and content teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns
- Build brand awareness through various media outlets/platforms.
- Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders.
- Work within a team of marketers to collaboratively create potential ad campaigns.
- Be assigned to a real job/task and expected to make a contribution that will have an impact on the business.
- Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects
- Curate data, establish process correlations and develop strategies for ongoing projects.
- Utilize various skill sets, knowledge, and resources during day-to-day operations and to achieve team/company goals.
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
- Create a presentation at the end of your internship to executive leadership regarding what you have learned and what you believe you have contributed to the business.
