The compensation target range for this role is:

The Paid Search Specialist will play a pivotal role in building campaigns, monitoring daily performance, conducting in-depth reporting, and executing optimizations across Purple's Paid Search, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns. This position entails close collaboration with the Manager and Senior Manager of Paid Search, with direct reporting to the Senior Manager.Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate and timely execution of Paid Search campaigns, including the creation of ads to support promotions across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and other Google/Microsoft campaign types
Partner closely with the Manager and Senior Manager of Paid Search to execute optimizations to existing campaigns (e.g. bid changes, ad copy updates, targeting changes, and landing pages updates)
Responsible for campaign budget and goal pacing, providing strategic recommendations in order to meet/exceed goals
Work closely with Manager and Senior Manager of Paid Search to launch A/B and multivariate tests while assisting in the reporting and analysis to determine next steps
Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate reporting on Paid Search campaigns. This including QAing Looker, generating reports using Excel, and updating recurring weekly reporting
Responsible for timely correspondence with internal stakeholders in order to meet deadlines
Research industry trends, monitor competitive activity, build PowerPoint presentations and graphs to showcase campaign performance
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends, best practices, and developments
Required Skills, Education, Experience:
1 - 3 years Paid Search experience
BS in marketing or related field
Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms (familiarity with Search Ads 360 is a plus)
Strong foundational knowledge of search, shopping, and PMAX campaign structure, optimizations, trends and best practices
Experience working with feed management platforms is preferred (Productsup, Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)
Previous experience supporting/managing Paid Search campaigns with budgets exceeding $50k/month
Proficient in Microsoft Excel used specifically for pivot tables, vlookups, and data trend analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail and time management skills
Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
