Clinical Specialist

Title: Clinical Support Specialist

Company: US based manufacturer of advanced continuous blood pressure monitoring device used in the interventional departments. New generation of device launching in Q3, lots of long term growth potential and opportunity for new business development.

Description:

• Maintain open and effective communication with all territory customers and internal partners & leadership
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and nursing staff on all matters relating to products and systems
• Represent brand during cases by providing support for all necessary equipment and products required for the case, demonstrate expertise in all aspects of implant, follow up support, and best techniques
• Be proficient in troubleshooting equipment to address customer needs
• Coordinate training sessions, in-service hospital staff education programs, seminars and be willing to support outside symposiums
• Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects at the regional and/or national level
• Support customer ordering and purchasing
• Provide sales support during or following cases
• Maintain current knowledge about products and services as well as competitive and complimentary products
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key physicians, nurses, clinician, department decision makers, and/or administrators within assigned accounts and markets
• Be able to assist in product education and training of new employees in the company

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Professional Clinical experience as RN, Scrub Tech, Surgical Tech, or other sterile environments
• Bachelor's degree or commiserate experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with navigating hospital systems to identify prospects and meet with decision makers
• Ability and understanding of travel within territory
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Ability to travel 10-12 days overnight per month

Compensation:

Base salary $80-100K, commissions paid monthly. Total at plan compensation is $155k-165k per year. Plus 100% coverage of health/dental benefits for employee and 50% coverage for dependents + mileage and daily expense reimbursements.
