A leading restaurant management organization in South Orlando is seeking an experienced AP/AR specialist with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Responsible for manual and automated full cycle Accounts Payable functions, including 3-way matching, coding, and reconciliations.
- Approving expenses
- Cutting manual checks and processing ACH payments
- Exporting AP files and utilizing Adobe to organize an automated filing system.
- Collaborate and work closely with colleagues in other departments to improve accounting processes.
- AR functions include invoicing and managing AR aging reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- ·Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services are received before issuing payment to vendors.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience within full-cycle Accounts Payable
- A high school diploma is required.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of restaurant or accounting experience is highly preferred.
- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Sage, Oracle, or restaurant accounting software is highly preferred.

- Work set-up: Onsite Monday-Friday (no exception but awesome work-life balance)
- Schedule 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch
