About the Role

We’re looking for a remote full-time Paid Media Strategist to develop and execute B2B + B2C Paid Media and digital acquisition strategies across Bandsintown Pro, Bandsintown for Artists, and Bandsintown.


The dream candidate for this role is an ambitious, data-driven digital marketing expert who’s excited to work closely with Bandsintown’s Marketing, Product, Creative, and Business Development teams to create and deliver compelling campaigns to music venues, promoters, festivals, labels, artists and fans.


Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Paid Media Strategies: Plan and manage top-of-funnel Paid Media and digital advertising campaigns across social, search, display, video, and more with a focus on driving demo signups, new users, and feature adoption/engagement.
  • Setup & Manage Campaigns: Everything from budgeting, pixel implementation, campaign setup and activation, audience targeting, and bid strategy to a/b testing.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Monitor and report performance, using analysis to share insights and improve ad creative, optimize targeting, and more to increase conversion and ROAS
  • Innovate & Inform: Identify and keep the team up-to-date on new platforms, tools, strategies, and systems that we can use to work smarter and scale faster.

Qualifications

  • You have 4+ years of direct experience strategizing, managing, and optimizing Paid Media and digital acquisition campaigns.
  • You’ve mastered digital platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc..
  • You’re detailed and know how deliver a high-level strategy and distill it into effective tactics to meet KPIs
  • You solve problems proactively, think creatively, and do what it takes to drive results
  • ‍You genuinely care about your craft, your team, and have a passion for music
