    Summary

    (This role is accepting full-time remote applicants)

    The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the strategic campaign management for clients on both Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, managing Product Ads, Text Ads, Display Ads & Video Ads. This role will also support in the management of social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The day-to-day duties include creating ads strategies, implementing campaign builds and optimizations, as well as performing ongoing analysis to drive towards client business objectives.

    This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand visibility and profitability to ensure strategic funnel investment across each campaign’s purpose. The Paid Media Specialist will also assist with driving key initiatives as well as training and mentoring Coordinators and Specialists. The role will collaborate with senior members in the Paid Advertising department to help iterate and evolve service methodology and tool creation.

    Essential Functions:

    Google & Microsoft Ad Management

    • Day-to-day management of Product Ads, Text Ads, Display Ads & Video Ads through strategy development and execution
    • Implement campaign tactics and optimizations, as well as maintain client monthly budgets and other important account metrics
    • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for growth opportunities for client accounts and work closely with Senior team members to ensure accounts are on the path to hit client business objectives & KPIs, such as maximizing ROI
    • Strategic development and implementation for SEM accounts to improve client performance and satisfaction

    Paid Social Ad Management

    • Day-to-day management of Paid Social campaigns
    • Implement campaign tactics and optimizations, as well as maintain client monthly budgets and other important account metrics
    • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for growth opportunities for client accounts
    • Strategic development and implementation for Social accounts to improve client performance and satisfaction

    Client Communication, Delivery & Collaboration

    • Communicate strategically with clients regularly on campaign performance, insights, and deliverables, as well as internally with the Account team
    • Generate and analyze client reporting and speak effectively towards performance for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue pacing, and other paid initiatives

    Industry Knowledge & Core Skills

    • Ability to follow changes in ecommerce and SEM marketing industry and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Serve as a resource for campaign management, optimization, and troubleshooting across all paid campaign types, betas and information
    • Proven resourcefulness, showing initiative to research before asking questions
    • Meet and exceed key department metrics

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience successfully managing and growing SEM accounts
    • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Microsoft Ads experience and knowledge
    • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads Certifications required
    • Strong understanding on Google and Microsoft Ads campaign management, including Product Ads, Text Ads, Display Ads & Video Ads
    • Social buying platform knowledge of Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok a plus
    • Robust understanding of EXCLUSIVE’s holistic approach
    • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools as well as internal reporting tools
    • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
    • Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem solving
    • Self-motivated, independent, proactive
    • Proven organizational and communication skill
