Media Budget Pacing Specialist: Flexible Work Location  – C-4 Analytics

We are currently hiring for a Media Budget Pacing Specialist - Flexible Work Location as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

As a Media Budget Pacing Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing the pacing of Media Budgets for our digital marketing agency. You will work closely with our account leads and internal teams to ensure that media spend is optimized to achieve near perfect pacing. You will use your analytical skills to monitor campaigns, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

A day in the life of a Media Budget Pacing Specialist

  • Collaborate with account managers to highlight budget strategies that are underperforming 
  • Develop and implement Media Budget Pacing strategies to achieve campaign goals within budget constraints
  • Monitor campaign pacing and make real-time optimizations to maximize budget achievement
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate regular reports on Budget Pacing to identify issues and report on pacing improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams, including media planners and buyers, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices related to Media Budget Pacing
  • Research and/or develop tools (including using AI and RPA) that will better achieve the agency’s pacing goals 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media planning or Media Budget management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Experience with media buying platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying platforms
  • Experience with bidding and budget management platforms
  • An advanced MS Excel user
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
