Packaging Sales Representative

We are looking for candidates in the Midwest or South regions of the US.

We're seeking a talented Packaging Sales Representative to join us remotely. As a Sales Hunter in Custom Printed Packaging, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and offering innovative packaging solutions to clients both old and new.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in prospecting and cultivating new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
• Tailor packaging solutions to address the specific pain points and challenges of prospective clients.
• Develop robust sales plans and strategies to capture new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Showcase our packaging products and services through engaging demonstrations and presentations.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of new customer projects, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and expand market share.

Requirements:

• While a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, it's not mandatory.
• Bring at least 4 years of sales experience to the table, with a track record of surpassing targets and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with the healthcare/pharmacy industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our packaging solutions effectively.
• Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships and maintain trusted advisor status with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent) is a plus.
