Under the direction of the Production Manager, the 3rd Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and directing the work to be performed during 3rd Shift, assisting the Production Manager with scheduling work assignments, assistance with employee selection, performance employee reviews, and administration of work rules. The main focus will be the safety, quality management, and productivity in accordance with the procedures and policies in place.

- Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and enforcing systems, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Completes production through following the scheduling plan and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems (Holds, NCR, CAPA, QRB, etc.), reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Supporting and monitoring the training of new employees. Providing feedback for needs related to training. Completing all necessary training paperwork.
- Coach, guide, and develop direct reports, create meaningful feedback discussions that support and enhance employee success.
- 3-5 years of relevant supervision experience required.
- Proven ability to demonstrate leadership skills, professionalism, and team attitude.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to lead and influence a diverse team.
