Position Details

Responsibilities:

Data entry and record filing.
Receive 1-4 rent payments weekly from tenants.
Process rental payments as per accounting instructions.
Efficiently handle emails, phone calls, and texts.

Compensation:

Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
Minimum 3-4 hours of availability per week.
Prompt email responsiveness and easy telephone access.
Computer knowledge is a plus, no active agent license required.
