Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Owner Relations Agent to serve as the face of our company for our valued property owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed inspections prior to owner arrivals, conducting thorough audits of the units, facilitating the setup of purchased items, and maintaining active and effective email and text communication. The role requires a team player who can coordinate seamlessly with maintenance and housekeeping departments and has the technical acumen to troubleshoot appliances, cable, and internet issues. A strong emphasis is placed on exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Preparation: Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure units meet our quality standards. Address any issues directly or coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Unit Audits: Perform unit audits regularly, assessing conditions and coordinating maintenance to uphold our standards.
Setup and Installation: Arrange for the setup and installation of items purchased by owners, ensuring that everything is functional and presented according to expectations.
Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with owners through email and text, ensuring all queries and requests are processed efficiently.
Department Coordination: Act as a liaison between owners and internal departments such as maintenance and housekeeping to address any owner needs or concerns swiftly.
Troubleshooting: Provide frontline troubleshooting for appliances, cable, and internet issues within units, involving technical support when necessary.
Customer Service Excellence: Offer exceptional service to owners, ensuring their experience is positive and their issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges effectively and creatively.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on client relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Technical proficiency with common household appliances and systems, including troubleshooting capabilities.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
