Our company, Great Ocean Condos and Homes, is the largest vacation rental management company with over 300 properties in the New Smyrna Beach area. We are looking for a full time Owner Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Owner Relations Team position will:

Requirements

• Work up to 40 hours per week, overtime is available depending on business needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs.
• Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family of products.

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, year-round role. This position may require work weekends, occasional nights, and some holidays.

Pay:

Starting pay is $17-$18 based on experience.
